Common questions
No. Facilities Bid Radar helps you prioritize public notices. SAM.gov remains the official source and must be checked before you act.
No. You select only the categories your company currently qualifies for and confirm that eligibility yourself. We do not make or guarantee certification determinations.
The 6 AM Eastern scan checks SAM.gov notices posted in the last 30 days in our three service categories. State-limited profiles require a confirmed matching work state. Email is sent for qualifying new or changed notices, or a deadline reminder. Older notices and amendments outside this scan are not guaranteed to appear.
For notices in the scan, FBR compares selected source fields with the last emailed version and identifies changes. A previously delivered bid invitation can receive one reminder per listed deadline within seven days, while it still meets your filters. Reminders require a confirmed source time zone. This is not a comprehensive amendment-monitoring service.
Yes. My bids is included in both plans. Sign in using a one-time code sent to your subscription email after onboarding. Keep up to 100 private saved bids with notes and status, export a CSV, or download a deadline calendar snapshot. Source information comes from our current scan, not continuous amendment monitoring. No extra fee or bid commission.
No. The digest links available SAM.gov attachments and provides a review checklist. It does not extract scope, site-visit requirements, or forms from documents. Verify those details in the official notice and attachments.
