Information we collect
We collect information you submit, including contact name, business name, email address, service categories, geographic preferences, selected set-aside categories, eligibility attestation, and optional profile notes. Stripe processes payment-card and billing information; we receive transaction and subscription identifiers rather than full card details.
How we use information

- Prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and improve reliability.

Website measurement
We use cookie-free, self-hosted analytics and a first-party event collector to understand page visits, general traffic sources, and the subscription funnel. They may record an anonymous session, event type, page path, referring hostname, general device and country information, sanitized campaign labels, and selected billing plan when relevant. We exclude URL search strings and fragments from pageview collection, respect browser Do Not Track settings, and do not store names, email addresses, full referring URLs, raw advertising click identifiers, device fingerprints, or cross-site identifiers in the analytics tables. Hosting infrastructure may process connection metadata transiently for delivery, security, approximate geography, and abuse prevention; the analytics service does not retain the visitor's IP address.
Service providers
We use providers such as Hostinger for hosting and email, n8n for workflow automation, Stripe for billing, Google for authorized email-verification functions, and public government data sources including SAM.gov. Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention
We retain active subscriber profiles while the service is provided. We may retain transaction, consent, attestation, suppression, security, and support records as reasonably needed for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and compliance purposes. Unsubscribe records may be retained to prevent future sends.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from digest emails using the link in each message. Billing cancellation is handled through the Stripe customer portal. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support@fbralerts.com, subject to records we must retain.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated by email.
