Privacy Notice

Version 2026-09-13-privacy-v2

Effective September 13, 2026. Kris Rohweder, doing business as Storm Studio Solutions, operates Facilities Bid Radar and handles information as described below.

Information and purposes

We collect business and contact information supplied during onboarding, including contact name, business name, email address, services, geographic preferences, selected set-aside categories, eligibility attestations, and optional notes. We use it to personalize and deliver requested digests, associate profiles with subscription status, handle support, and operate and secure the service.

Stripe processes payment and billing details. Our automation uses transaction, customer, and subscription identifiers and billing status rather than complete card information. Account messages and support requests may contain information you send and delivery or troubleshooting records. Onboarding records include completion and eligibility-attestation information. We do not represent that a versioned checkout-acceptance record exists for every historical account.

Website measurement and storage

Optional website analytics is off by default. The Privacy choices control lets you allow it or keep it off. We store this choice in your browser for up to 180 days. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep optional analytics off even if a prior choice allowed it. These controls do not disable information processing necessary for checkout, requested service delivery, support, or security.

When you allow analytics, our self-hosted analytics and first-party collector measure page paths, referring hostnames, sanitized campaign labels, selected plans, and link activity. A random per-tab session identifier, visit-type value, and visited flag support measurement. They are pseudonymous, not a guarantee of anonymity. We do not enable optional analytics on onboarding, payment-confirmation, unsubscribe, or token-bearing pages. Query strings and fragments are excluded from pageview collection.

The website uses local storage for the privacy choice, a visited flag when analytics is allowed, and an internal-traffic preference where configured. Session storage holds analytics visit-type and session values only when allowed. Turning analytics off clears the website's visit and session identifiers; it does not retroactively delete records already received by providers. Hosting, billing, email, and security systems can process connection information such as IP addresses and logs independently of optional analytics.

Providers and disclosures

We use Hostinger for hosting and email, n8n for workflow automation, and Stripe for billing. The existing system also uses Google-related authorized email-verification functions. Information needed for these functions is processed by the relevant provider. Provider infrastructure may process information outside your state or country. Their own privacy terms also apply to their direct interactions with you.

Public procurement notices come from government systems including SAM.gov and can contain published agency or business contact information. OpenAI is used in internal AI pilots with public-source and synthetic test content. Those pilots are not currently represented as sending real subscriber profiles or support conversations to OpenAI. We will update disclosures before materially different customer-data processing and obtain consent where required; this notice is not blanket permission for future AI uses.

Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to address fraud or security incidents, or to establish or defend legal rights, subject to applicable law. We do not use this notice to claim universal privacy certification, zero provider retention, or unrestricted rights to reuse customer information.

Retention and security

We retain active profile information to provide the service. Transaction, support, attestation, suppression, and security records may remain as reasonably needed for accounting, legal obligations, dispute handling, security, and operation. Retention depends on the record's purpose and applicable obligations. Minimal unsubscribe information may be retained to honor a do-not-send request. Deletion from active records does not necessarily immediately remove copies in provider logs or backups.

We use administrative and technical measures to protect the service, but no online system is absolutely secure. Do not send passwords, full card information, government access credentials, classified or controlled materials, or confidential bid documents through general forms. Report suspected security issues to support without accessing another customer's data.

Your choices and requests

Use the link in a digest to stop opportunity emails. Use the billing portal or email support with a clear billing-cancellation request to stop future subscription renewal. Unsubscribing from emails alone does not cancel billing. Required service and security notices are distinct from optional promotions. Existing digest consent is not treated as consent to an unrelated marketing campaign.

For access, correction, deletion, a portable copy where applicable, privacy concerns, or an appeal of a response to your request, contact support@fbralerts.com. We may verify identity proportionately and explain any applicable retention exception. Rights and deadlines depend on applicable law. You may make requests through an authorized agent where applicable; we may verify their authority. We do not penalize you for exercising applicable privacy rights. Contact us if a privacy choice or online control is inaccessible; you do not need to send unnecessary identity documents.

Audience, updates, and contact

The service is offered to United States businesses and adult individual purchasers. It concerns professional procurement opportunities and is not directed to children. We post dated updates and communicate material changes or seek consent when required. Publication alone does not authorize unrelated processing.
