Published September 13, 2026. This policy accompanies the Terms of Service for orders where accepted. Existing contractual and mandatory legal rights remain in place.
Canceling renewal
Use the Stripe customer portal linked on FBRAlerts.com with the email used at checkout to cancel renewal. Cancellation normally ends service at the end of the paid period and stops the next renewal charge. You can also email support@fbralerts.com with a clear billing-cancellation request, including the account email. We do not require another purchase or a retention conversation to process a valid request. Retain your confirmation and contact support if it does not arrive.
A cancellation after a charge does not automatically reverse that charge. Applicable refund, cancellation, and billing-error rights remain available. Initial billing starts at successful checkout, before completion of onboarding; contact support promptly if activation or delivery fails.
First-charge service-failure review
If the service materially fails to function as described, request review of your first subscription charge within seven calendar days after that charge. If we verify the issue and cannot reasonably correct it, we refund the first charge to the original payment method. This review window does not shorten any mandatory deadline or remedy.
This limited policy does not cover renewal charges or dissatisfaction solely due to no matching opportunities, bid outcomes, official-notice changes, or subscriber eligibility, unless there is a material failure of the service sold or a refund is required by law.
Renewals, errors, and unavailable service
Renewals and partially used periods are generally non-refundable, except for duplicate charges, documented billing errors, refunds required by law, or the material-discontinuation remedy below. Report unauthorized or incorrect charges promptly. Payment-dispute rights are not waived.
If we permanently discontinue the paid service during your prepaid period without providing the agreed service, we will refund the unused portion of that period. Material nonperformance and other unavailable-service situations receive the remedy required by your agreement and applicable law. An as-available disclosure does not authorize charging for a materially different or unavailable service.
Delivery and service outputs
An email unsubscribe, bounce, or delivery interruption does not itself cancel billing. Request billing cancellation when that is your intention. Receiving, opening, or downloading an included email or report does not automatically waive mandatory refund or cancellation rights. No separate digital-product transaction is authorized by this subscription policy.
Request details and confirmation
Send your billing email, charge date, and a short description to support@fbralerts.com. Do not send full card numbers or passwords. We may request proportionate account-verification information. An automated acknowledgment or AI draft is not a refund or cancellation confirmation. Confirmed actions must be completed through the verified billing process. Payment-provider processing times may apply after a refund is issued.
